William Harrison Kemper, son of Jamison H Kemper and Lucinda Kemper, was born August 27, 1834 in Fauquier County, Virginia. He married Julia M Hanback on February 19, 1856 in Fauquier County, Virginia[1]. After Julia died, he married Sarah Louisa Woofter on February 16, 1882 in Lewis County, West Virginia[2].
